Engineering Service and Qualifications:
George Pigott has been in the engineering services business in Marion County for over 40 years. During this time he has been the principal engineer on numerous projects which have included; design plans and specifications for streets, parking lots, residential subdivisions, runway extensions, street repaving, retaining walls, office site complexes, waterlines, water storage tanks, sewer lines, and sewage treatment plants.
Prior to initiating practice in Marion County, George Pigott worked his way through college working for the West Virginia Department of Highways on their co-op program. During this period he was employed at various levels and locations throughout the state primarily in the design division and the material testing division.

Richard N. Malone has been employed with George E. Pigott & Associates Incorporated since 1977. During this time Richard Malone has been involved in preparing designs and specifications for: surface and deep mine permit application, refuse disposal and preparation plant permit applications, commercial building and airplane hanger site development, residential subdivision development, municipal non-hazardous waste landfill, municipal and public service water systems, and public service sanitary sewer systems. The scope of work on these projects included the design of haul roads, sediment control structures, site grading plans, slurry containment cells, leachate control structures, water and sanitary sewer service, sanitary sewer lift stations and treatment plants, preparation and design for both waterline and sewer line upgrades and extensions, preparation of engineering cost estimates, contract documents, and project inspections.
Prior to being employed for George E. Pigott & Associates Incorporated Richard Malone served as a Commissioned Officer on active duty in the United States Army.

Bradley Pigott has been employed by George E. Pigott & Associates Incorporated full-time and part-time since 1993. During this time Bradley Pigott has been involved in all aspects of surveying for the company including field surveying and stakeout for boundary, topographic and construction surveys. He has generated property survey plats and conducted courthouse research.
Since 1995 Bradley has performed in all aspects of field and laboratory soil, stone and asphalt compaction testing. He is certified to use a Nuclear Density Gage.
During the course of his career at George E. Pigott & Associates Bradley has been in charge of all of the company's technology ranging from computers and software to surveying equipment and GPS. He is proficient at using Windows and Microsoft software, AutoCAD and EaglePointe design software, as well as hydraulic analysis and hydrologic modeling software.
While working for George E. Pigott & Associates Bradley has also gained experience in residential subdivision and commercial site design, municipal and public water systems, public sanitary sewer systems, system mapping, funding, cost estimates, project management and project inspection.
While obtaining his bachelors degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Bradley Pigott did school related project work for the Linden Madison Township Historic Society. While obtaining his masters degree from West Virginia University he concentrated his studies in the fields of hydraulics and hydrology. Bradley performed a problem report with a scope of work that included a hydrologic analysis of the Paradise Lake watershed; storm water routing through the Paradise Lake Dam principle and emergency spillways in order to obtain a Certificate of Approval for Paradise Lake Inc. from the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection’s Office of Water Resources and Dam Safety.

Tom Kyle has been employed by George E. Pigott & Associates Incorporated since January 2009. During this time Tom Kyle has been involved in surveying, CAD operation, residential and commercial site design, soil and asphalt compaction testing, and waterline layout.
A fter graduating from West Virginia University, Tom Kyle spent nine years in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio Area designing commercial and residential sites before returning to West Virginia. Tom Kyle has extensive experience in storm water management & design, roadway and subdivision design & layout, waterline layout, and sanitary sewer design.
